This is the ultimate bluewater cruiser!

The designer Robert Perry called the Norseman 447 CC his "masterpiece" and that's saying something! I have been told by the brokers that originally commission these fabulous yachts that my Norseman is the most up to date and nicest one they have ever seen. I'm not sure if thats true as I've not seen all of them but I can tell you that I bought this boat 3 years ago and have spent just shy of $100K up dating her and getting her prepared to cruise to the South Pacific and beyond. She is currently located in Marina del Rey, California.

You may ask why I'm selling her, well I don't really want to as I have sparred no expense getting her dialed in and working safely and perfectly for my family. I'm selling her to buy a catamaran and decided not to sail south as my business (advertising agency) has picked up speed and I figure I should take advantage of this fact and add to the cruising kitty.
